BK8 Asia Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

Welcome to BK8 Asia, an online entertainment platform offering a wide range of games including slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting (Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, cricket), lottery, virtual sports, blackjack, and more for Malaysian players. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your use of our platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as a user of the platform and BK8 Asia as the platform operator. By accessing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, or using any bk8 asia service, you automatically agree to all terms contained in this document, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, which form part of the overall agreement.

• Individuals only, not corporations: A BK8 Asia account may only be registered in the name of a private individual. Registration under a company, association or any other entity is not permitted.
• Accurate information: All information provided during registration — including full name, date of birth, Malaysian phone number and email address — must be accurate, current and truthful. False or incomplete information may result in account suspension.
• One account only: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the BK8 Asia platform. Maintaining multiple accounts, whether under your own name or another person's, is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Identity verification: bk8 asia reserves the right to request identity verification documents such as a Malaysian IC or passport at any time, particularly before processing withdrawals. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

BK8 Asia reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason, or to terminate any account found to be in breach of the eligibility conditions above.

All deposits into the BK8 Asia processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods are official and legally recognised in Malaysia, namely:

Deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the player's own name. BK8 Asia does not accept third-party deposits. If a deposit is found to originate from a third party, BK8 Asia reserves the right to freeze those funds pending investigation.

All deposits are final. BK8 Asia will not process cancellations or refunds for deposits that have been successfully credited to a player's account, unless there is a clear technical error that can be verified by BK8 Asia.

Player BK8 Asia is entitled to withdraw their winnings subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is RM50,000 for standard accounts. Limits may be adjusted for VIP accounts upon request.
• For security purposes and to comply with anti-money laundering requirements, all withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Withdrawal requests will be processed within 1 to 3 business days once identity verification is complete. Accounts that have not completed full KYC verification may experience longer processing times.
• Players must ensure that their registered payment account details are accurate. BK8 Asia is not responsible for failed withdrawals resulting from incorrect details provided by the player.
• Winnings derived from bonuses must meet the full wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 5 for more details.

BK8 Asia reserves the right to suspend or withhold any withdrawal suspected of being linked to fraud, multiple account usage, bonus abuse, or any other suspicious activity while an internal investigation is conducted.

Bonus and promotion programmes BK8 Asia are designed to reward our loyal players. However, all bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to the specific conditions stated in each promotional offer:

• Wagering requirement: Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement of 20x to 40x the bonus amount received before any bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Specific conditions are stated in each individual offer.
• Bonus validity period: All bonuses have an expiry period. Any bonus not used within the specified timeframe will expire automatically with no compensation.
• One bonus per player: Each promotion may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated. Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• Game contribution: Different games contribute different percentages toward the wagering requirement. Slots generally contribute 100%, while table games such as blackjack may contribute only 10%–20%. Full details are stated in the terms of each promotion.
• Betting limit while a bonus is active: While meeting bonus wagering requirements, the maximum bet per round is RM25 unless otherwise stated. Bets placed above this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being forfeited.

BK8 Asia reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any attempt to abuse or manipulate the bonus system will result in bonus forfeiture and action being taken against the account in question.

All bets and gameplay on the platform BK8 Asia subject to the following rules:

• The minimum bet for most games is RM1 and maximum limits are set according to game category and the player's account level.
• All game results are final once settled by the system. No disputes will be entertained for game outcomes that have been correctly recorded by the system.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a live match or game, BK8 Asia will refer to system records to determine a fair outcome. bk8 asia's decision in such matters is final.
• For Sports Betting — including football, cricket, badminton, and e-sports — all bets are subject to the respective sports betting rules published on the platform. Odds may change before a bet is confirmed.
• Bk8 asia reserves the right to cancel or void any bet suspected of exploiting technical errors in odds or other obvious system faults.

Players are solely responsible for ensuring they understand the rules of each game before placing any bets. BK8 Asia will not refund bets on the grounds that the player did not understand the rules.

Players are solely responsible for keeping their login credentials for the platform secure. BK8 Asia. This includes:

• Keep your username and password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used on any other platform.
• Always log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device.

BK8 Asia shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's own negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform BK8 Asia and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of remaining balance:

• Registration of more than one account by the same individual.
• The use of automation software, bots, or any other technical tools to manipulate games or gain an unfair advantage.
• Manipulation or exploitation of the bonus system, including but not limited to deliberate bonus hunting.
• Player collusion ("collusion") in table games or betting to manipulate outcomes.
• Money laundering or any financial activity that violates applicable Malaysian law.
• Using another person's information without their consent to register or access the platform.
• Any attempt to hack, attack, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the bk8 asia platform.

BK8 Asia reserves the right to suspend or close any player account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any part of these Terms & Conditions.
• False or inaccurate registration information.
• Confirmation that the player is under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or any prohibited conduct as outlined in Section 8.
• Self-exclusion requests submitted directly by players through the responsible gaming programme.

Players may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting the customer support team BK8 Asia. Any valid balance (excluding bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player within the specified timeframe once the verification process is complete.

Platform BK8 Asia is provided "as is". While we make every effort to ensure the platform operates smoothly and consistently, we cannot guarantee that it will be entirely free from technical disruptions, downtime, or system errors.

BK8 Asia shall not be liable for:

• Financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the player.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party server failures or natural disasters.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence.
• Personal financial decisions made by the player based on their use of this platform.

In all circumstances, the maximum liability BK8 Asia against any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player within the 30 days preceding the liability claim.
